Steven Leyzac is the founder of Kartellè Corporation, bringing over 35 years of experience in development, construction, acquisitions and asset management. His career includes prominent landmark projects across Canada and internationally.

Steven is actively involved in all phases of the business—from due diligence and financing to project execution—ensuring each development meets a high standard of quality and profitability. Under his leadership Kartellè has established a strong reputation for integrity, professionalism, and innovative urban design.

Chris Stadelmann CFA & Hons. B.BA

Sr. Vice President

Chris Stadelmann has over 15 years of experience in commercial banking, risk assessment, and financial strategy, playing a vital role in the financial stewardship of Kartellè's various projects. His background spans both risk management and lending, providing him with a bankers' perspective on project feasibility, investment viability and long-term financial planning.

Chris is responsible for forecasting, budgeting, cost controls and financial modeling for the company's developments and exiting operating assets. His strategic insights help optimize financial performance and resource allocation, enabling us to bring innovative projects to life efficiently and responsibly.

He also oversees day-to-day financial operations, encapsulating draw review and issuance, ensuring projects remain within budget and adhere to financial timelines. His role includes financial reporting and alignment with stakeholder expectations, keeping Kartellè financially robust and positioned for continued growth.

Stephani Zambrano, PMP

Vice President & Development Manager

A civil engineer and project management professional, Stephani heads our Development management and pre-construction team. She manages the Development and approvals process and coordination of subcontractor procurement. Her role oversees the team managing General Contractor construction timelines and coordination with all sub-consultants to guarantee the successful delivery of each development, on time and on budget.

Kristin Feng B.Comm (Hons.)

Accountant and Tax Specialist

Kristin supports the day-to-day financial requirements of the company's operations. Her background in international financial expertise, supports our accounting department and leads the team. She handles financial reporting, tax compliance with Canada Revenue Agency, revenue and cash flow planning all contributing to the company's fiscal integrity.

Judy Mexghian Qiu CA, Hons. BBA

Senior Accountant and International Relations

Judy is a CA graduate from the University of Toronto. She manages the corporate financial reporting and analysis, including accounting for Kartellè and all subsidiary projects. Judy acts as company liaison with our partners.

Adel Ghoneim OAA

Vice President and Senior Architect

Adel has 35+ years of experience in Architectural design. He manages the Architectural and planning department at Kartellè Corporation, including project design, 3D renderings and preparation of permit drawings for Kartellè Corporation and its subsidiaries.

Betty Binns B.A

Director Property Management

Betty manages relationships with property management staff and Tenants including lease compliance. She is responsible for property maintenance contract purchasing, coordinating contractor and service providers and budgeting for various property needs such as maintenance, and security.

Zaza Zeledze B.A, Stationary Eng.

Director Facilities

Zaza manages all aspects of our portfolio facilities and maintenance staff. With 30 + years of experience in mechanical and electrical systems, generators and vertical elevating equipment. Zaza is responsible for ensuring the building systems operate 365 days a year ensuring the comfort of our tenants.
