Steven Leyzac is the founding director of Kartellé Corporation.
He has 25+ years experience in the acquisition, development, construction, valuation, improvement and disposition of real estate assets.
Reponsible for the overall leadership and management of Kartellé Corporation and its subsidiaries. Mr. Leyzac plays an active role in acquisitions, due diligence, banking and finance, along with major asset management, development and construction activities.
Stephani Zambrano, PMP
Construction Manager
Ms. Zambrano is a Civil Engineering Graduate and Project Management Professional.
She leads the Project and Construction Management Group through our construction division, BuildPlus Group Inc.
Her responsibilities include the management of construction projects, procurement, project team personnel and sub-trades, along with Building Department liaison requirements
Judy Mexghian Qiu CA, Hons. BBA
Senior Accountant and International Relations
Judy is a CA graduate from the University of Toronto. She manages the corporate financial reporting and analysis, including accounting for Kartellé and all subsidiary projects. Judy acts as company liason with our Chinese investment partners.
Adel Ghoneim , OAA
Vice President and Senior Architect
Adel has 35+ years of exprience in Architectural design. He manages the Architectural and planning department at Kartellé Corporation, including project design, 3D renderings and preparation of permit drawing for Kartellé Corporation and its subsidiaries.
Chris Stadelmann, CFA & B.BA Vice President
Chris evaluates acquisitions and investments for the Leadership of Kartellé. Chris has 20 years of commercial banking experience on the risk and lending side. Chris assists the CEO in the operations of the company, implements cost controls, and ensures compliance with regulatory entities. Chris is responsible for financial planning, cost and budgeting for all development projects. Chris oversees and directs the accounting department.
Kristin Feng, Hons. B Comm
Accountant and Tax Compliance
Kristin is recent graduate from the University of Ottawa. She brings International experience to Kartelle and assists the accounting team with financial reporting. Kristin manages the various companies Canadian Revenue Agency reporting and compliance.
Betty Binns, B.A
Property Manager
Betty manages relationships with Tenants including lease compliance. She is responsible for property maintenance and is tasked with coordinating with contractor and service providers for various property needs such as maintenance, and security.
